I'm sorry but we changed a setting that now makes it impossible for Whitelisted Players to send PM's. We'll hopefully change that back tomorrow some time. This was highly unintentional and I apologize for any inconvenience!

I, hopefully, have fixed this now so that all whitelisted users and upwards can send PM's again. Let me know if there are still problems please!
